Generally, I am pretty lenient in what I am willing to draw. But I may refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable or do not believe I possess the ability to complete the work at the standard I wish to provide.Feel free to contact me with any questions!
GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to all digital art and animation commissions unless otherwise agreed upon.Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly discussed and agreed upon.I retain the rights to use my work publicly on my social media or on my portfolio. Private or NDA commissions may be available upon request with an additional charge.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time for any reason.
PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be made in USD via Paypal or Ko-Fi.For commissions under $100, full payment is required up front before any work begins.For commissions totaling $100 or more, payment plans can be discussed. Payment plans require a non-refundable 30% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid to receive the finished work.
TURN AROUND TIME
Digital art commissions are typically completed between 3-4 weeks.Animation turn around will be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on complexity and length.I am not capable of accepting rush orders at this time, and will not take commissions with short deadlines.
REVISIONS
You are allowed up to three major revisions, after that revisions will require a 30% fee per revision.Work-In-Progress (WIP) will be provided at every stage (sketch, lineart, color, rendering/composite) Once the WIP is approved and I move forward, I am not willing to revisit previous stages for major edits.
FILE DELIVERY
The final files will be provided via the client's preferred method of communication, or via email upon request.You will recieve the full image in a .png format or .mp4 in the case of animations. Layered or project files such as .PSD or .DRP will not be provided unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
REFUNDS AND CANELLATIONS
For digital art, refunds are only available until the lineart is completed. One the lineart is completed the commission becomes non-refundable.For animations, refunds are only available until the sketch is completed. One the sketch is completed the commission becomes non-refundable.If I choose to cancel the commission for any reason, I will provide the client with a full refund.
